Reliable forms for years

I've been using Ninja Forms for about three years now. This latest purchase was just a renewal of my Professional Plan, and as usual, it was seamless. They sent an email about the renewal coming up, and the discount was automatically applied. I've used their Zapier Integration quite a bit in the past, and it's always been reliable. Compared to my first purchase, I think the interface has gotten even more user-friendly over time. It's consistently been a go-to for client projects because I know it just works.

Good form builder, some hiccups

I bought the Personal Plan last month for a client site. The drag-and-drop interface was pretty intuitive, and I got a basic contact form up quickly. I also grabbed the Conditional Logic add-on, which worked well for hiding fields. My main gripe was with customer support; I had a small question about an integration, and it took a few days to get a clear answer. Overall, it's a solid tool for the price, but they could improve response times.

Awesome for my website!

I just got the Professional Plan and it's fantastic! Setting up my forms was so easy, literally drag and drop. The Mailchimp Add-on connected without any problems. My website looks so much better now. I'll definitely be sticking with them!

Agency Plan purchase details

I purchased the Agency Plan a few weeks ago, primarily for the unlimited site license and access to all add-ons. The ordering process on their website was smooth and straightforward; I received my license key and download links immediately after payment. Installation on WordPress was as expected. I've used the Multi-Part Forms and the File Uploads Add-on extensively on several projects, and they function perfectly, handling various file types without issue. I also integrated PayPal Checkout on one form, and testing confirmed it processed payments correctly. Their documentation was helpful for setting up some of the more complex features. The only minor point was that the initial setup for the Salesforce CRM Integration took a bit more digging in their knowledge base than I anticipated, but I got it sorted.

Do I need to pay for the add-ons every single year, or is it a one-time purchase?

T Tom F. 1 month ago
The add-ons are part of the yearly subscription model, just like the main plans. So yeah, yearly renewal for those features.

It's an annual thing, sadly. But if you let it expire, the add-on stops getting updates and support, though it keeps working.

Is it true that you can't use more than one coupon code at a time for Ninja Forms purchases?

T Tara Z. 1 month ago
That's been my experience, yeah. It's usually one code per order at checkout.

I tried stacking a couple once and it didn't work. Pretty sure it's just one coupon.

If I get a personal plan now, can I upgrade it later to like, the professional or agency one without having to buy a whole new license?

L Laura Osei 2 months ago
Yep, you totally can upgrade. I started with a basic one and bumped it up when I needed more sites/features. They just prorate it or something.

Yeah, upgrading is an option. I think you just pay the difference.

Where exactly do I put in the discount code when I'm checking out? Can't seem to find the field.

G Greg 2 months ago
It's usually right on the checkout page, sometimes after you've selected your plan. Look for a field that says 'Coupon Code' or 'Discount Code'.

It pops up during the payment process, before you finalize the purchase. Can't miss it usually.

Trying to decide between Ninja Forms and WPForms. How does Ninja Forms compare for ease of use, especially for someone new to WordPress forms?

P Phil Reyes 1 month ago
Ninja Forms is super drag-and-drop friendly, very intuitive. I found it easier to pick up than WPForms when I first started.

Both are good, but Ninja Forms felt a bit more flexible for custom layouts early on. WPForms is probably slightly simpler for super basic stuff, but Ninja Forms gets complex forms done fast.
